Prices and Offers

  1. All service and offer prices do not include VAT (for residents as per the Saudi tax system) and must be paid by the client upon attendance if applicable.
  2. Offers do not include doctor consultation fees, which must be paid upon attendance.
  3. Laser services require an initial doctor consultation for the first session only.
  4. Therapeutic services require a consultation with a specialist or consultant.

Installment Payment Service (Clients with Payment Plans)

  1. Bills can be divided into unequal installments based on the client's credit history and evaluation.
  2. The client must use the phone number registered in the Absher system to complete installment purchases.
  3. All due installments must be settled on time.
  4. Only clients aged 18 years or older are eligible for installment services.
  5. Purchases made through installment payment services cannot be refunded in cash; returns must be processed through the payment service provider.
  6. Pearl Clinics is not responsible for any obligations or claims related to the client’s account or payments through installment service providers or any technical issues in their applications.

Refund Policy

  1. Paid amounts are non-refundable after seven days from the payment date.
  2. Clients may purchase multiple sessions under the same offer, but they must be used within 12 months from the billing date.
  3. To request a refund or review the refund policy, please visit the clinics’ website.

Service Usage Terms

  1. Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment. Late arrivals may require rescheduling or waiting for the next available time slot.
  2. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice results in the forfeiture of the client’s right to a refund.
  3. Retouch sessions for laser treatments must be completed within 10-12 days from the first session. Retouch fees are non-refundable after this period.
  4. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts from partnered companies.

Online Payment

  1. Online payments are made in Saudi Riyals. Clients bear any conversion fees from other currencies.
  2. If a client pays for an unsuitable service, the amount can be transferred to an alternative service after a doctor’s evaluation.
  3. Online payment appointments are booked at least 24 hours after the request is confirmed.

Usage and Communication

  1. Clients may transfer services to another individual, provided both parties are present at the time of transfer.
  2. A single invoice can be shared between two individuals, with a maximum of two files allocated per invoice.
  3. Client-provided information (name, phone number, email) may be used for future offers and campaigns.

Client Obligations

  1. Clients must adhere to medical practitioners' instructions and attend their scheduled follow-ups.
  2. Clients are responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with treatment plans or missed appointments.
  3. Medical consultations cannot be provided over the phone or other communication methods to maintain service quality.

General Provisions

  1. The clinics reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  2. All terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
