  • Installment payment with Tabby: Up to 4 installments, with the first payment now and the rest over 90 days (minimum 99 SAR, maximum 5000 SAR)

My credit card information was rejected, what should I do?

Your credit card may be rejected for several reasons. Please check the following:

  1. Some cards do not have online shopping enabled: Contact your bank to enable this service.
  2. Ensure the following information was entered correctly:
  • Credit card number
  • Name on the credit card
  • Card security code (the three digits on the back)
  • Expiration date
